Our Standard Materials and Colors
Ink Colors
Pick from 6 Standard Ink Colors (if you need something different, please let us know). All our inks are designed for incredible long-life durability, crisp clear print, plus super scratch and smudge resistance.
- This is a standard note for the printing industry: Colors shown on a computer screen may not match exactly to the printed products you receive, depending on the contrast and color settings of your computer monitor.

Premium White Paper
$48.91
Premium White Paper
Our most economical material, a bright white paper that provides a superior level of smudge resistant printing, combined with a strong permanent adhesive. Use this label for projects where the label cost needs to be as low as possible.
White Poly Ultra
$51.51
White Poly Ultra
You get both ultra versatility and durability in this very economical material. We start with a tough bright white synthetic material and add a super strong adhesive, to create a label that sticks to almost everything and stays where you apply it. Excellent moisture resistance, tear resistance and chemical resistance. Use this when you need a very durable long life label, but you do not need it to be tamper-evident.
White Poly “VOID” Tamper-Evident
Similar to our other White Poly shown above, with the added advantage of a tamper-proof adhesive which leaves the word VOID behind if someone attempts to peel or remove the label. The VOID-mark appears on both the product surface and also on the label, so the label cannot be transferred or reused. Use this label when you want a tamper-evident “fingerprint” left on both the product and the label, if someone tries to tamper with it.
Self-Destructing White Vinyl
$61.82
Self-Destructing White Vinyl
Our most difficult material to try and remove or tamper with. We combine a thin white material with a very strong permanent adhesive, so the label literally “self-destructs” if anyone tries to tamper with it. The label starts to break into tiny pieces and cannot be removed intact or transferred to a different surface. Excellent moisture resistance. Use this label when you want it to be almost impossible to remove, reuse or transfer your label to a different surface.
Silver Foil
$60.78
Silver Foil
Designed to simulate a metal label or metal plate, but at a fraction of the cost. A very durable silver matte finish material with an industrial-grade permanent adhesive, works well with both black and colored inks. Our matte finish is compatible with all types of barcodes (unlike shinny reflective surfaces or metals). Excellent moisture resistance, tear resistance and chemical resistance. Use this label when you want the look and performance of metal, at a fraction of the cost.
Silver Foil “VOID” Tamper-Evident
Similar to our other matte finish Silver Foil shown above, with the added advantage of a tamper-proof adhesive that leaves the word VOID behind if someone attempts to peel or remove the label. The VOID-mark appears on both the product surface and also on the label, so the label cannot be transferred or reused. Use this material when you need tamper-evident labels that have the look of metal, but at a fraction of the cost.
Helpful notes about labels and adhesives.
- There are hundreds of different label materials and adhesives available, to accomplish almost any goal. They range from “ultra-removable” labels on one end, to industrial strength adhesives that are virtually impossible to remove on the other end. But, the more specialized your requirements, the more expensive the labels become. The materials we offer on our website(s) are the best premium materials and adhesives, which still come at reasonable prices, and can be produced in smaller quantities without large minimum order requirements. If you find that these materials are not strong enough, or don’t accomplish your goals, we can move up to more specialized materials that are as strong (or weak) as you need, but the cost and minimum order quantity can often be 4-or-5-times the prices we offer on our more standard materials.
- All adhesive labels are “pressure sensitive” – which means that they must be applied to the surface were you want them, and then given a firm even pressure across the entire surface of the label. This will activate the adhesive, and help it bond to the surface as best it can.
- Once applied to the surface, and given good/firm pressure, all adhesive labels take time to reach their final/ultimate bond strength. For each few hours that pass the labels become better adhered. Most label adhesives will not reach their final bond strength until 72 hours after being applied. But if you don’t have that long to wait, give it a minimum of 24 hours before testing the adhesive strength.
